Also - I have updated my Mod Podge Strikes Again post to include some details on the exact mixture of Mod Podge and food coloring I used.  And what's even better is I've given you the link to Autum's blog, Creative Little Daisy.  She is the brains behind baking the Mod Podge mixture (dumb me, I couldn't remember the name of her blog....sorry Autum!!)
