Meet Sue at Beach Bungalow

Today I'd like to introduce you all to Sue.  She's the creator of the Beach Bungalow

She and her husband are in the process of redoing and updating their.....can you guess?  Beach Bungalow! :)

It's an adorable house in Ontario, Canada.  And you won't believe the before and after pictures!  They've done an incredible job of softening this house up.  Here are a couple of the rooms that they've redone so far (but don't get too attached to that kitchen -- like me they wanted it to just look presentable until they could really get their hands dirty and completely redo it this winter):

KITCHEN:

DINING ROOM:

It's always been her lifelong dream to live in and renovate and old house; and ever since last May she's been fulfilling that dream.  She moved into what she calls the "ugly duckling" on the block -- but not anymore!  It's being turned into quite the little charmer!   And she's got one fantastic blue door on the front:

And check out all the work they've done to their front porch and their now-gorgeous backyard!

Isn't her house absolutely adorable!?!  I'm loving that back patio!  Sue, if you or your husband are for hire -- I'll take you guys!! :)

You can go visit her Beach Bungalow here and read all about all the other thrift store finds and makeovers and home improvement projects.  Thanks so much, Sue, for sharing your blog and makeovers with us!

Please, what all did she do to the kitchen? My kitchen is super dated, much like her old one, and we don't have the funds to gut it like we want to... her version is so pretty! I would love to do that too. It would just so make my house seem prettier - especially as we have an open floor concept going on. Thanks so much!
